This is a filter cartridge supplied with a self-cleaning air filter; It is also often called an air compressor inlet filter cartridge or a gas turbine air filter cartridge. Mainly used to clean air from dust at the inlet of large units.
🧱 Structure composition
1.Top: Stainless steel bezel + rubber O-ring. The top edge has a metal flange and a black rubber O-ring is built inside; after installation and pressing, a tight seal is ensured, preventing air leaks and bypass of untreated air; Suitable for self-cleaning filter tube sheet holes.
2. Outer layer: protective perforated stainless steel shell. The perforated metal sheet protects the internal folded filter material from damage by air flow and impacts from solid objects; wear-resistant, resistant to external mechanical influences.
3.Inner part: pleated filter material. The inner layer is a high-density pleated filter material (optional: wood cellulose fiber, polyester, composite fiberglass); folded structure provides a large filtration area; On the inside there is a stainless steel support mesh that prevents the filter material from collapsing during pulsed backflushing.
4.Bottom: solid stainless steel bottom. Closed cartridge bottom; One-piece all-metal frame, durable, resistant to deformation.
