1.Top part: flange plate + plastic venturi tube
Black round flange plate with bolt holes; bolted to the dust collector tube sheet, providing a reliable seal.

Purpose of the Venturi tube: with pulsed blowing, due to the Venturi effect, the blowing flow is increased, more air is drawn into the cartridge, cleaning efficiency is increased and dust separation is improved; especially important for long filter cartridges.
2.Filter body: long pleated polyester filter material. Extra-long body, sectional corrugation; sectional white tapes prevent the opening and deformation of the filter material under the influence of vacuum and pulsed air flow. Possible filter material options: PTFE-coated polyester, antistatic polyester, fire-retardant polyester.
3.Internal support mesh. A metal internal mesh is provided inside the cartridge, which supports the filter material, prevents it from collapsing under the influence of vacuum and ensures the stability of long-term pulse cleaning.
4.Bottom: closed end cap. The bottom of the cartridge is sealed; air flow direction: air enters from the outside of the cartridge and exits from its internal cavity.
