🧱 Analysis of the design
1.Top black rubber flange + 3 built-in hanging bolts. Rubber flange plate with 3 mounting threaded rods; suspended and tightened from top to bottom. The rubber surface is directly adjacent to the dust collector tube sheet, providing a seal and preventing the bypass of untreated dusty air.
2.White pleated polyester filter material. Long pleated polyester filter material; dense folds, large filtration area. In the middle part there are white reinforcing strapping tapes that prevent opening and deformation of the folds of the cartridge during vacuum and pulse purging. Available options: PTFE-coated, antistatic, triple-protected.
3.Built-in support frame. A support frame is provided inside the cartridge, which absorbs the vacuum and ensures that the shape of the long cartridge is maintained at high air flow rates without crushing or deformation.
4.Bottom closed end cap. The end cover of the cartridge bottom is sealed. Air flow direction: air enters from the outside of the cartridge and exits from the inside; Supports pulsed backflushing for cleaning.
